30-Day Return Policy
Standard products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet our return conditions.
Conditions for Returns:
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Custom printed or branded products are not eligible for return unless defective
- Return authorization (RA) number required before shipping
- Original invoice or order confirmation required
Return Process

2. Return Authorization
Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions via email within 24 hours.
3. Package Items
Securely package items in original packaging with RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
4. Ship to Us
Ship items to our returns processing center using the prepaid shipping label we provide for eligible returns.
5. Inspection
Our quality team inspects returned items within 5-7 business days to verify condition and eligibility.
6. Refund Processing
Approved returns are processed within 10 business days with refund issued to original payment method.
Types of Returns
Standard Returns
Unopened standard products in original condition returned within 30 days. Full refund minus original shipping costs.
Defective Products
Manufacturing defects or quality issues. Full refund including shipping costs. Expedited processing within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Damage
Items damaged during transit. Report within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement or full refund including all shipping costs.
Wrong Item Shipped
Incorrect products sent due to our error. Immediate exchange with expedited shipping at no cost to customer.
Special Circumstances
Custom Printed Products
Non-Returnable unless defective or not matching approved specifications. Quality samples provided before production to ensure satisfaction.

Bulk Orders
Orders over $5,000 require approval from our returns department. Restocking fees may apply for large quantity returns in resaleable condition.
